The NAHS Foundation was developed by parents and faculty in 2006. With the support of the Atlanta Public School administration, the Foundation was designed to engage the surrounding community — especially the business community — to help NAHS become an outstanding high school.
Today, a board of trustees comprised of more than 20 parents, faculty,
staff and other professionals from Atlanta’s business community, guides
the Foundation with a simple mission: to encourage the private sector
to support academic excellence and innovative programming to benefit
the students, teachers and staff of North Atlanta High School.
Working with NAHS principal, and Foundation board member, Mark MyGrant and other North Atlanta faculty and staff, the Foundation is identifying the places where additional funding can have the greatest impact. The next step is to secure funding for the most pressing needs through foundation grants, corporate sponsorships and individual donations.
But the Foundation greatly needs your support. If you or your business would like to help make North Atlanta a premier school in the Southeast, please make a tax exempt gift to the Foundation.
Learn more about the Foundation or make an on-line donation through the North Atlanta High School Foundation web site.
