New Student Registration
Students that are new to the Atlanta Public Schools System should register as soon as possible.
The following documents are needed by students enrolling for the first time and by those transferring from another school within the system.
- Official Certificate of Birth
- Social Security Card
- Georgia Certificate of Immunization
- Certificate of Ear, Eye, and Dental Examination
- Parent's or guardian's proof of residence (lease or mortgage statement and electric bill)
- Withdrawal form from previous school
- Transcript and/or grade record from previous school
- Address of previous school
- Central Office approval form for out-of-zone students
The Registrar's office hours of availability for enrollment/withdrawal will be between 9:00 and 1:00 pm each school day. Contact Mr. Albert Thomas, Registrar, at 404-802-4733 if you have any questions
A Certificate of Attendance for your Driver's License is available in the Registrar's Office. Please allow a 24 hour turnaround time. (The form needs to be completed from official records and notarized.)
